Who is Shift Manager for?
Shift Manager is built for organisations coordinating events and volunteer teams: from cultural venues and live music events to festivals and community gatherings.
Can volunteers choose their own shifts?
Volunteers can apply for shifts that match their availability. Organisers review applications and make the final assignments, so applying for a shift is not the same as being confirmed.
Can I reuse an event's planning?
Yes. You can clone an event and its shifts, then update the details for your next edition rather than rebuilding the schedule from scratch.
What's the difference between the plans?
Starter is €50 per month and Pro is €200 per month. Specific feature allowances and usage limits should be confirmed with the team so you can choose the plan that matches your needs.
Can I share schedules outside the app?
You can export schedules to Excel, email assigned volunteers their shift details, and include calendar attachments. Volunteers can also use their personal calendar feed for upcoming assignments.
